The Nómada Hostels Work Exchange Program allows for volunteers from all over the world to explore the beauty of Puerto Rico’s culture and natural wonders while working alongside the Nomada Team and building new friendships.

Volunteers will reside on the Nómada properties in exchange for weekly work hours. Positions are available on a rolling basis and include: reception, housekeeping and events coordination.
