Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Refunds

1. Individual guests can cancel up to 72 hours in advance without penalty and will be refunded immediately upon confirmation of the cancellation.
2. If guests have booked with a third party such as booking.com or expedia.com, cancellation fees may apply according to their policies, but will have no affiliation or shared fees with Nomada Urban Beach Hostel.
3. Group bookings of 10+ guests for events will not incur a fee for any cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to the first day of arrival. Group bookings of 10+ guests will incur a fee of 80% of the full price for cancellations less than 2 weeks. Group bookings of 10+ will not be refunded for cancellations less than 1 week prior to arrival.
4. Group bookings of 10+ that decide to cancel half way through their stay will be required to pay 80% of the price for the days remaining in the booking.
5. Individual bookings that decide to cancel half way through their stay will be required to paytotal price for the days remaining in the booking.
6. Guests or groups forced to leave Nomada Urban Beach Hostel earlier than their departure date due to non-compliance to hostel rules, federal or state laws, or who are considered a threat to other hostel guests and/or property will not be refunded any amount already paid.
7. In case of no-show – if a guest or group does not show up for their reservation the room will be charged in full.
